因酒后乱性，竟窜入他人房间实施强奸，不料被抓现行。近日，经崇左大新县人民检察院提起公诉，大新法院以强奸罪判处犯罪嫌疑人冯某有期徒刑2年6个月。
据悉，年11月29日，冯某在村里喝酒，直到深夜，酒足饭饱后的冯某窜到同村的蔡某家里，对蔡某妻子玉某实施强奸。当冯某窜到受害人玉某家中时，玉某的丈夫蔡某正在家中客厅看电视。冯某酒后迷糊，不多想，趁蔡某不备悄悄潜入其卧室对其妻子玉某实施强奸。冯某在对玉某实施强奸过程中，听见有人从卧室走来的脚步声，吓出一身冷汗，慌忙停止实施性侵犯，并跑到卫生间躲藏。冯某以为蔡某没有发现，正找机会离开时，被蔡某和其亲属堵在卫生间，直到民警到达现场。经民警审讯，冯某对受害人玉某实施强奸的事实供认不讳。
检察机关经审查认为，犯罪嫌疑人冯某的行为已触犯《中华人民共和国刑法》第二百三十六条第一款之规定，犯罪事实清楚，证据确实充分，应当以强奸罪追究其刑事责任，遂依法将其提起公诉，法院审理后作出以上判决。
